AuDHD coaching and mentoring
My approach is neuroaffirming, which means I validate your experience and work with you to better understand and co-build with you solutions to your challenge. Together we:
- Explore the work challenges you face, finding pain points at the intersection of your neurodivergent brain and the neurotypical working world
- Deep dive into your unique AuDHD profile and identify what will enable you to thrive
- Explore opportunities to leverage your strengths, manage your challenges and sensitivities, and advocate for your needs to create joy at work
AuDHD training
I run single sessions, learning series and full courses delving into key autistic and/or ADHD topics. These aim to strengthen your knowledge of who you are, why the working world is hard to operate in, and equip you with the skills and tools you need to thrive. Example topics include:
- Thriving throughout the employee experience, from career changes to performance management
- Working with your brain to overcome executive functioning challenges, like planning and memory
- Bridging the empathy gap between you and your neurotypical colleagues/ managers/ direct reports
- Managing your hyper AND hypo sensitivities to dial down or dial up the world
- Becoming an authentically brilliant neurodivergent leader
